Phentramin-D

With such a wide array of weight-loss supplements available today, it can be confusing trying to find one that actually delivers on its promise. To that end, Lazarus Labs, Inc. of Marietta, GA has developed, after much research, a weight loss pill they claim to be the most effective currently on the market because it helps you lose weight in a safe and realistic manner.

Phentramin-D is an improved version of the prescription drug Phentermine. Unlike its counterpart, Phentramin-D is not an herbal product. It does not contain ingredients such as hoodia, chromium, guarana or ephedra substitutes. Phentramin is made up of chemical compounds scientifically developed to go beyond the effects of herbal mixtures, consequently maximizing your weight loss potential. The first of these ingredients is 1,3-Dimethylpentylamine, which simulates the body’s production of norepinephrine, a hormone that causes an increase in the body's metabolism, thus helping to burn fat, decrease appetite and give the user an energy boost. The second active ingredient is 1,3,7 Trimethylxanthine which causes cAMP (cyclic AMP) to accumulate in the body's cells; this intensifies the appetite suppression and energy boost from the Dimethylpentylamine. The ingredients in Phentramin-D act like glucose, sending signals to the brain telling it that the stomach is full, causing the appetite to be suppressed for extended periods of time. Additionally, the energy boost helps people to exercise more, which speeds up the weight loss process. The recommended dosage is 2 pills a day (one in the morning and one in the afternoon), each with an 8oz glass of water. As well, like with any weight-loss program, it is recommended that the use of these pills be coupled with a healthy diet and exercise.

But there also side effects, of course. The most commonly reported problem is trouble sleeping, especially if the pill is taken later in the afternoon. Other side effects that have been reported include dry mouth, irritability and nausea. However, most users reported that these side effects went away after the first few days.

Most reviews found on the Internet for this product are positive. Users commonly report losing between 3lbs to 10lbs during the first few weeks and experiencing increased energy levels as well as a noticeable reduction in appetite. The majority also declare that they have found Phentramin-D to be a much better alternative to Phentermine. One of its primary advantages is that it is legally available without a prescription, and it is sold on the Internet for about $67 for a one month supply.

This product, however, is not FDA approved so as when starting any sort of weight-loss program it is a good idea to check with your doctor first.
